Data Point of View
Data: UCI Online Retail (Chen, Sain and Guo, 2012), a real UK online gift retailer, UK orders only. Product photos are AI-generated illustrations, not the retailer's own. One lock-in per round. When the clock hits zero, your current setting is locked for you.
How it works
You run the website of a real UK online gift shop in autumn 2011. Every product page shows 3 "customers also bought" suggestions. Your team sets the rules that pick them. Each round, the real customers of the next month decide how good your rules were.
